A FUEL thief must complete 100 hours of unpaid work and pay compensation to victims from whose cars he siphoned fuel.Dale Thorne, age 40, of John Gay Road, Forches, Barnstaple, was caught in the act siphoning fuel from a lorry and a Renault Scenic car, both in Bratton Fleming.He appeared at North Devon Magistrates' Court on Friday, July 10, and pleaded guilty to two counts of theft from a vehicle.
