POLICE, Trading Standards and Royal Mail are joining forces to tackle scam letters.The three organisations held a day long workshop at Barnstaple's Royal Mail Delivery Office to show staff how to recognise scam mail.A total of 20 residents in the Barnstaple area have been identified as having been potentially targeted by scams.Some of the residents were particularly vulnerable and have had difficulty coping with large amounts of post.Each person has been visited by police and trading standards...
