A FEMALE marshal was ran over and dragged along a street yesterday evening, at the traditional Ottery St Mary's tar barrels event.The annual event, where barrels soaked in tar are set alight and carried aloft through parts of the town by residents, was mired by the apparent road rage attack.Police want to hear from witnesses who saw the woman run over and suffer a fractured wrist.Devon and Cornwall Police said the incident, involving a dark coloured Audi A3, happened at 5.30pm in Strawberry...
