This video saw a jury take just five hours to convict knifeman Mark Symes and the judge locked him up for seven years.
The career criminal told a host of lies to the court despite being caught on camera holding up the store wearing identical clothes to those he had been seen in hours before.
He was also caught on camera hours before stealing from a nearby shop in identical clothes to the robber.
