AN Ilfracombe man has appeared in court charged with possession of amphetamine and cannabis with intent to supply.Anthony Coleman, of Larkstone Terrace, entered no plea at North Devon Magistrates' Court on Friday.The 34-year-old was charged with possession with intent to supply amphetamine and cannabis, both Class B drugs.The alleged offences relate to the date February 27, 2013.
