A MAN swung a boy round "like a rag doll" after assaulting a woman at a campsite.Lance Tinker, of Ayres Close in Bideford, appeared in front of North Devon magistrates last week where he pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating in Hartland.The court heard Tinker was staying at a campsite and had been out for the evening and was drinking.He ended up getting in an argument with a woman and assaulted her by pushing her and catching her in the face with a caravan door.An 11-year-old boy...
