A NORTHAM woman has appeared in court charged with causing serious injury by dangerous driving at Instow in December last year.Kelly Mortimore, age 24, of Puffin Court, Bay View Road, Northam, is accused of causing serious injury to David Fullaway by driving her Ford motor car dangerously.Mr Fullaway suffered injuries on the B3233, near the military base, on December 22, 2014.
