POLICE are appealing for witnesses following an assault in Ilfracombe last weekend. The incident took place in Bicclescombe Park on Saturday, December 12 at around 8.45pm. The suspect is described as being a man in his mid to late teens wearing black tracksuit bottoms and a hooded top. He was also carrying a small over the should bag.
